Our mission at Squishymama is to share our favorite squishies with the world. We hope you love them just as much as we do!

How long will it take to get my squishy?

Once your order has successfully submitted, it enters into the packing phase within 1-3 days. The rest is dependent upon transit time from the package carrier.

What if there's something wrong with my squishy?

We understand sometimes things go wrong along the way. If something isn't right, send us a message at help@squishymama.com or text us at (323) 238-6462 and a team member will help you. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will figure it out!

Where is my order?

You should receive an email update along with the tracking ID of your order once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Refunds / Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, unwanted purchases, or opened or used squishies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We'll review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact our store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

For approved returns involving our error, we'll cover return shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back.
